Sugee Cookies

225g ghee
170g icing sugar
375g flour, sifted
80g ground almond
100g semolina

1. Cream ghee and sugar.
2. Mix in flour, semolina and almond.
3. Divide into small balls. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 160 degree C
