Potato Wedges
3 large potatoes or 5 medium sized potatoes
1 cup plain flour
1 cup water, or as needed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1. Peel the potatoes and boil them for 10 minutes or until they are half cooked.
2. Dry the potatoes. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Toss in the potatoes.
3. Fry them in very hot oil until they turned yellow and crisp.
