Fried Chicken With Spices
Source
5 chicken parts, your choice
1 cube Maggi Chicken granules
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp fennel powder (serbuk jintan manis)
1 tsp ground cumin (jintan putih)
oil for frying
1. Mix all of the ingredients (except for oil). Leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
2. Fry until golden brown.
