Baked Malay Pandan Cake (Kuih Bakar Pandan)

1 cup plain flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup screw pine juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup evaporated milk
3 large eggs
drops of green colouring
sesame seeds, for decorations
1. Whisk all of the ingredients, except for sesame seeds. Blend well until there are no lumps of flour. Pour into a greased pan.
2. Bake for 40-60 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degree C.
